Embracing my Creativity

Welcome to my artistic journey! I'm Alexandra Tanase, an artist born in Romania and currently residing in the UK. By day, I channel my creativity as a Service Manager in the EdTech industry, a role that keeps me engaged and fulfilled. My most cherished roles, however, are those of proud mother to two wonderful children and of emerging abstract artist.

Painting has always held a special place in my heart, but it wasn't until about six years ago when I finally gave in to the artistic itch that grew too strong to ignore. 

My preferred medium of expression is acrylic paint, a versatile tool that allows me to explore a myriad of abstract techniques, often within the realm of fluid art. Although I paint with intention, the unpredictable dance of colors blending and intertwining on the canvas never ceases to amaze me. I'm drawn to large canvases that offer a wide expanse for my imagination to unfold. There's a certain freedom that comes with the spaciousness of a big canvas, a freedom that mirrors the expansiveness of the creative process.  

As you explore my abstract art paintings , I invite you to experience the flow of emotions captured within each organic movement. My art is an extension of my soul, a way to convey the intangible beauty and complexities of life.
